INTER_ is ADA compliant. We want everyone to be able to go on their own immersive journey, so we will always do what we can to accommodate every guest.

How do I modify or cancel my ticket?
If you need to adjust your INTER_ trip for any reason, please send a message to info.nyc@interiam.co so our team can help you out. Note: INTER_ has a no-refund policy, but our team will assist if you have any questions.

Can I buy tickets at the door?
Tickets are available at INTER_’s doors on a first come, first serve basis. We strongly encourage you to plan your visit in advance so you can secure your tickets ahead of time.
